FUJI XEROX M205f - Send to Email

After configure the email setting, below are some info on how to send to email.

E-Mail to = scan image will send to this email address
From Setting = the sender email address (If did not select, it will use printer machine email address.)

FUJI XEROX M205f - Send to Email Setting

I'm having a hard time to configure my FUJI XEROX M205f to Send to Email.

At first I try using my hotmail account on the M205f E-mail setting, but it kept prompt error 016-764 and 016-xxx (POP or SMTP error). The following was my setting using hotmail account.

SMTP Server Address (Port Number) : smtp.live.com (25 or 587)

E-mail Send Authentication : *All tried
Login Name : xxx@hotmail.com
Password : xxx

POP3 Server Address (Port Number) : pop3.live.com (995)
Login Name : xxx@hotmail.com
Password : xxx

The above setting was working fine with my outlook (Able to send and receive email), but it won't work on M205f printer.

Then, I decided to try use other email configuration and I choose my singnet account.

Machine's Email Address : xxx@singnet.com.sg
SMTP Server Address (Port Number) : mail.singnet.com.sg (25)

E-mail Send Authentication : * POP before SMTP (Plain)
Login Name : xxx
Password : xxx

POP3 Server Address (Port Number) : pop.singnet.com.sg (110)
Login Name : xxx
Password : xxx

Surprisingly, it works!!!

To Goto printer setting
1) Execute "Printer Setting Utility" -> then Select "Internet Services" -> Click "Display"

2) Then an Internet Explorer will opened.

3) Go to Properties and select "E-mail"
